By purchasing a product from this store, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agreed with the following Terms and Conditions:
- All products are for personal use only.
- The maximum amount of bundles you can purchase in a single order is 3. If you wish to purchase more or want to do a GO, please contact The Just One Kiss author through Twitter or email ([email protected]).
- If you purchase more than 3 bundles in a single order without having reached out to the mod team first, your order will be refunded.
Shipping and delivery:
- All products in this shop are pre-order and will only be printed in November-December. They will be shipped once the production is complete. Please check our Twitter for updates on the Production.
- Unfortunately, due to USPS shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine. All orders placed through the shop from these countries will be refunded.
- Orders will be shipped from the US. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location. Please note that there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19.
- Digital items will only be sent out once all physical orders have been shipped. They will be sent from the email [email protected].
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. The creators are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs.
- All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped together (in the same package). If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or each to a different address, please place separate orders.
- By purchasing any item(s) from the shop during leftover sales, we are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Since that will be a leftover sale, there will be no guarantee for a replacement for your package due to the nature of selling all of our remaining stock at once. We do not hold any responsibility for your package once it has left our hands.
Packaging:
- Books and flat merch will be placed inside a self-sealing poly bag.
- Non-flat merch (charms) will be wrapped in protective wrapping.
- All orders will be shipped inside bubble mailers with cardboard backing to ensure their best possible condition.
- All bubble mailers will be sent with Do Not Bend stickers on the exterior packaging.
Refunds and replacements:
- We will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost due to an incorrectly printed address on our part (address on the label is different from the one on the order).
- Missing/wrong items due to a logistics error on our part.
- We will NOT offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost in transit.
- Items were damaged during transit or due to mishandling of the shipping company.
- Order was delivered to an old address due to the buyer not informing the change to us by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on our Twitter closer to the shipping period.
- Order was delivered to a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect or misspelled address provided by the buyer on their order.
- Buyer refuses to pay customs fees and/or taxes and asks the package to be sent back.
The Just One Kiss team reserves the right to refund or cancel any orders that do not follow the Terms and Conditions.
